Presented by: Arts and Culture Association for Mindful Souls
Hong Kong’s acclaimed ensemble returns to Australia this August, presenting a unique musical journey: Harmony Between Human and Nature – A East–West Music Concert.
At the heart of this concert is the idea of nature as the core of musical expression. The concert explores how music can tell stories of emotions in changing seasons and our relationship with Mother Earth.
The ensemble brings together an exceptional combination of traditional Chinese instruments—including Huqin, Dizi, Sheng, Guzheng, and Ruan—with Western instruments such as piano, cello, and violin. The distinctive sounds orchestration creates a captivating soundscape that transcends boundaries.
The performance showcases newly arranged classical masterpieces, beloved movie soundtracks, iconic animation themes, and timeless Chinese folk songs. Through innovative arrangements that seamlessly blend Eastern and Western musical traditions, each work is presented in a fresh and evocative light.
Join us for an unforgettable evening where nature inspires music and tradition meets innovation.
