- Early Entry into the Venue/Auditorium*

- One (1) x Commemorative Tour Laminate and Lanyard
- Priority VIP check-in and host. *Early Entry means you have priority access into the Venue/Auditorium before all other ticketholders. There is no sectioned-off area on the floor (unless otherwise advised).
Age Restrictions:
Enmore Theatre Show - Patrons under the age of 18 must receive a Reserved Seated Ticket, patrons above 18 years old are permitted to receive a General Admission Standing Ticket or Reserved Seated Ticket.
Fortitude Music Hall Show – VIP Packages are only available to patrons aged 18 year and over.
Early Entry Package Additional Terms & Conditions
Age Restrictions:
- VIP Packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show.
- Enmore Theatre: Patrons 17 and under will automatically be allocated a Reserved Seated Ticket due to Venue licensing restrictions which restrict access to the floor. Children 14 and under may require supervision by a parent or legal guardian (the parent or legal guardian may also be required to purchase a Package) when participating in elements of the Package.
- Fortitude Music Hall: Packages are only available for patrons aged 18 years and over.
- All Other Venues: Children 14 and under may require supervision by a parent or legal guardian while attending the Show.
- We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.
- Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
Re-Sale Prohibited:
All Package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds:
Subject to any appliable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Package Details and Instructions:
All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 5 days before the Show.
If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: VIP@frontiertouring.com.
Packages Subject to Change:
All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time:
A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This may well be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.
Early Entry Package:
Purchasers will access the venue and the floor before the General Public. There is no sectioned off area on the floor (unless otherwise advised) for General Admission Standing tickets. Exact Arrival Times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates.
Artist Interaction:
There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the Show.
Commemorative Tour Laminates:
Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
Package Components (such as Merchandise):
Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
