Australian Orders
These will be shipped to the address listed in your My Ticketek account.

International Orders
Orders with international addresses will not be shipped. International customers can collect their Souvenir Ticket from the venue box office on event day. Souvenir Tickets not collected on event day, will not be shipped post event.

  • Souvenir Tickets will be posted by Ticketek and arrive no later than one week prior to the event. Please ensure your delivery address is up to date in your My Ticketek account.
  • Souvenir Tickets will be dispatched via AusPost on behalf of Ticketek AU.
  • Souvenir Tickets will be available for sale during all pre-sales
  • Customer names will not be printed on the Souvenir Tickets.
  • If you haven't received your Souvenir Ticket one week before your event, please, contact souvenirtickets@ticketek.com.au to arrange a replacement.
