Do I have to book in advance?
We recommend booking tickets in advance online. Each timed entry has a limited capacity that will be maintained, and most timeslots are expected to sell out.

Limited tickets for timeslots not sold out will be on sale at the venue on event nights from 5:30pm from the Box Office. Tickets purchased on the day (online or at the Box Office) will incur an additional fee of $4 per person.

If I book the wrong date, can I transfer my ticket to another date?
Please make sure that you choose the right date and timeslot when you buy tickets, as we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds after tickets have been purchased.

If you believe you have extenuating circumstances, contact Ticketek here providing the name and contact that the tickets were booked under. Please allow 72 hours for a response.

What is a Flexi Ticket?
Flexi tickets are perfect if you know what day you wish to attend Lightscape but are unsure what time you will be able to attend.

Flexi tickets permit entry at any time between the first timeslot and last entry (10 minutes after the last advertised timeslot) on a chosen date (only). A standard ticket will only grant you access to the event at the timeslot that you have booked.

What is a Super Flexi Ticket?
Super Flexi tickets offer the ultimate flexibility to attend Lightscape on a date and time that works for you.

Super Flexi tickets permit one time entry at any chosen date and at any time between the first timeslot and last entry (10 minutes after the last advertised time-slot).

Can I purchase a Lightscape Gift Voucher?
While gift vouchers are not available for Lightscape in 2025, a Flexi ticket or Super Flexi ticket is a great option for a gift, allowing the receiver more flexibility when redeeming their tickets.

See ‘Pricing Information’ for more details about Flexi tickets and Super Flexi tickets.
