Event Specific Ticketek Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed for the event’s Melbourne season printed on the Voucher and must be redeemed before the last performance.
Voucher redemption is subject to availability of seats.
Vouchers can be purchased or redeemed by calling 1300 11 10 11 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
In person purchases can be made at the Regent Theatre Box Office (191 Collins Street, Bourne) or the Princess Theatre Box office (163 Spring Street, Melbourne) between Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and will include a special Christmas Ticket Box.
A Service and Handling Fee may apply at the time a Ticketek Gift Voucher is purchased.
The fees which may apply to the redemption of Ticketek Gift Vouchers include a Service and Handling Fee.
Ticketek will not refund Ticketek Gift Vouchers except as required by law including the Australian Consumer Law.
Ticketek Gift Vouchers are partially redeemable. If the cost of the ticket purchase exceeds the redeemable value of a Ticketek Gift Voucher, the voucher holder is required to pay the difference between the transaction total and the value of the particular Ticketek Gift Voucher. The full value of any unused credit remaining on a Ticketek Gift Voucher must be redeemed before alternative payment methods will be accepted for the outstanding balance of the transaction.
Multiple Ticketek Gift Vouchers may be used as payment for a single transaction, up to a limit of $1,000 worth of Ticketek Gift Vouchers per transaction.
If the transaction total at redemption is less than the value of the Ticketek Gift Voucher used for redemption, the residual credit balance of the Ticketek Gift Voucher will remain on the particular voucher and may be redeemed prior to the expiry date in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or exchanged.
Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further Ticketek Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers are not reloadable. When the value of a Ticketek Gift Voucher is redeemed, the particular voucher cannot be reloaded.
Ticketek may cancel a Ticketek Gift Voucher, refuse redemption or cancel tickets purchased using a Ticketek Gift Voucher if it suspects that a Ticketek Gift Voucher is being used fraudulently, in an unauthorised or illegal manner, or it has reason to believe that the voucher holder is in breach of these terms and conditions.
